Job Description:
- Managing the accounts of related construction project
- Creating detailed budget
- Overseeing supplier contracts
- Verifying invoice statements
- Performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders
- Analyzing all transactions and working unforeseen costs into the budget
- Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes
- Preparing cost analyses by interpreting projects financial data and information
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
As for the skills and experience we are looking for:
- University degree (BS/MS) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
- Minimum 4 years experience preferably on international industrial/construction projects
- Self oriented, disciplined, and well organized
- Excellent knowledge of construction cost accounting and related financial procedures
- Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Working knowledge of the construction industry
- Solid analytical and mathematical skills
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
